DREAM LAND FOR KIDS at Berkeley Aquatic Park - Day 2 build (5/19/2000)

• A couple classes of kids from Berkeley's schools team up to soap the screws.
• Soaping the screws will make them go in easier.
• Looks like soaping screws isn't all work.
• Concentration!
• Hey soapers, give us a smile!
• Here's Candida our fearless tool librarian cooling off in the tool trailer.
• Call in the auger crew to drill holes for the posts.
• All hands join in; there must be a gazillion screws to soap.
• Eighty 30-foot Southern Yellow Pine poles were delivered on site.
• Anyone need more screws?
• Poles are cut to length and placed in the auger holes by OUR TEAM!
• Screws and soap, soap and screws.
• Poles are starting to sprout up all around the site.
• Heavy poles require TEAMWORK! Once in place, the poles become posts.
• A forest of posts will support platforms, ramps, lookouts, and more!
• Marc Leathers can turn the world upside down if that's required to get the job done.
• OK, Marc's got things straight now!
• Thanks to Zasa, everyone is having a great time.
• Even the dogs want to help with such a fun project.
